We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

Higher education.

Experience in leadership positions – Head of Representative Office/Director of Operations/General Manager in China for at least 3 years.

Knowledge of Chinese legislation.

Knowledge of the agricultural market – feed and pet food sectors preferred.

Proficiency in English at C2 level (fluent).

Proficiency in Chinese at C1 level or higher is desirable.

Willingness to relocate to China.

Management of the representative office.

Developing business strategy in China.

Organizing and systematizing business processes.

Building an effective team.

Developing and implementing measures to improve the operational efficiency of the business in China.

Identifying and establishing contacts with suppliers and manufacturers, conducting negotiations at the top management level of partner companies.

Attracting international clients and partners, expanding into new markets.

Organizing supply chains for raw materials and finished products.

Formulating and controlling the execution of the budget and planned indicators of the division.

Reporting for the division.

Willingness to relocate to China.

High level of income, to be discussed with the successful candidate.
