Customer support (spares procurement, negotiating service contracts, providing technical solutions, engineering, claims management, organizing trainings, troubleshooting).

Communication with the rigs manufacturer (SCHRAMM Inc., USA)

Key customers: OJSC Polymetal (Okhotskaya, Albazino, Varvarinskoye, Omolon), OJSC Belon (Belon-Geologiya), JSC CATCO.

Achievements: A Client Relationship Management system has been introduced and successfully integrated into the workflow, comprehending spare parts sales and service activities management.

Several new business relations have been established, including KS GOK, Vostochnaya BK and Urantzvetmet in Russian East and Kazakhstan.

Providing organizational support of maintenance of all electric and instrumentation equipment located at the oil production plant ( scope of work elaboration, finding technical solutions, subcontractors sourcing).

Tech support of the spare parts and new equipment procurement (determination of spare part specifications, selecting a manufacturer/type/model of a new equipment unit such as big units like air compressors, diesel generators, electrical motors etc) demanded on Site.

Liaison with manufacturers/contractors for all the questions regarding commissioning/post sale/service/warranty claims.

Instrumentation/Metrology:

Certification work.

Coordination of activities regarding the periodic verifications of various instrumentation devices.
