- Ensuring compliance with current legislation, instructions, orders and decrees in the sphere of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources and taking measures to prevent violations.

- Coordination activities of contractors in the sphere of environmental protection, ensuring rational use of natural resources and environmental safety.

- Identification environmental aspects and risks, identification of significant environmental aspects.

- Implementation and maintenance of the environmental management system, according to ISO 14001:2015.

- Development of local regulatory documents for Environmental Protection Society.

- Participation in the Commission at inspection of objects of Environmental Protection Department.

- Preparation of regulatory and licensing documentation in the sphere of environmental protection; conducting preventive work to prevent violations of rules and other regulations in the sphere of environmental protection.

- Organization of execution of requirements of legislative and governing documents of the federal, industry, territorial and interdepartmental levels, operating in this area (payroll for negative impact on the environment: 2TP-air, 2TP-waste, 2TP-water farm, 4-OS, 2-OS, 18-KS, 1-IL, etc.).

- Organization of accounting documentation for the customer's nomenclature (solid domestic waste and industrial waste, water consumption and water disposal).

- Preparation of tender documentation, required documentation for making contracts, supervising negotiations for the provision of services in the sphere of environmental protection (transfer of waste for disposal, measurements of emissions etc.).

- Interaction with customer and contractors on environmental protection issues, conducting negotiations with customer/contractors on issues of compliance with environmental legislation, preparation of letters as part of business correspondence in the sphere of environmental protection.

- Drawing-up a business plan, cost accounting according to pledged funds.

Construction company

Обязанности:

- Control of compliance with applicable environmental laws, instructions, standards and regulations for environmental protection in the company's departments.

- Preparation of strategic and short term plans for environmental protection, control over their implementation.

- Guidance of the development and implementation of measures aimed at compliance with standards and regulations in the field of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources.

- Implementation compliance with technological systems of environmental protection facilities (including sewage treatment plants), analysis of their operation, control accordance environmental standards and regulations, and the state of the environment in the area where the company is located.

- Development of measures to prevent environmental pollution, as well as to prevent accidents with environmental consequences.

- Development of environmental training programs.

- Providing timely and high-quality training on environmental protection for employees of the company and contractors, checking knowledge of rules, norms and instructions for environmental protection.

- Participation in ensuring compliance with environmental rules and regulations and reasonable risk assessment in the preparation of feasibility studies, projects for the expansion and reconstruction of existing production facilities, as well as new technologies and equipment being created, development of measures for the introduction of new equipment at the site, as well as development of capital construction plans for environmental protection facilities.

- Ensuring record keeping of indicators that characterize the state of the environment, creating a system for storing information about accidents, environmental monitoring data, waste management documentation, and other environmental information for the provision of environmental authorities.

- Development of technological regulations, analytical control schedules, passports, instructions and other technical documentation for environmental objects.

- Preparation of established reports on the implementation of environmental protection measures, participation in the work of commissions for environmental inspections and audits of the company's activities.

- Cooperation with state supervision, internal production and public control organizations during inspections of environmental activities of the enterprise, work to eliminate violations of environmental safety requirements and ensure timely implementation of regulations.

- Timely preparation and transfer to various regulatory authorities of the established reporting according to the legislation of the Russian Federation (2-TP waste, 2-TP water farm, 2-TP air, 2-TP reclamation, 2-OS, 4-OS, 18-CS, etc.), as well as calculation of payments for negative impact on the environment.

- Control of compliance with the current environmental legislation, instructions, standards and regulations for environmental protection in the company's divisions.

- Participate in the development of long-term and current environmental protection plans and monitor their implementation.

- Participate in the environmental assessment of technical and economic studies, projects for the expansion and reconstruction of existing production facilities, as well as new technologies and equipment being created, and develop measures for the introduction of new equipment.

- Take part in research and experimental work on industrial waste water treatment, prevention of environmental pollution, emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere, reduction or complete elimination of technological waste, rational use of land and water resources.

- Monitor compliance with technological regimes of environmental protection facilities, analyze their operation, monitor compliance with environmental standards and regulations, and monitor the state of the environment in the area where the company is located.

- Preparation technological regulations, analytical control schedules, passports, instructions and other technical documentation for environmental objects.

- Take part in the verification of compliance of the technical condition of the equipment with the requirements of environmental protection and environmental management.

- Make initial reports on the implementation of environmental protection measures, take part in the work of commissions for conducting environmental assessment of the company's activities.

- Check the quality of primary reporting on the environment in units of the company.
