Supervision over construction activities in entrusted discipline (spools prefabrication and piping erection):

- Organizing of effective interaction between all the Parties (The Client, General Construction Contractor, Subcontractors, EPsCm-contractor) involved in the implementation of the Project;

- Developing of strategy for the discipline “Piping” as the head of Construction Management Team (CMT) taking into account all the existing constraints (constraint on the construction site, interfering with other disciplines, missed materials for piping prefabrication and erection and so on);

- Preparation of discipline reporting for the management of the Project Office with an analysis of constraints and risks affecting the progress and implementation of the Project in according with Project requirements;

Conducting weekly meetings on discipline, reviewing and creating three-week look ahead schedules, analysis of the workfronts of contractors;

Assuring of spools prefabrication and piping erection in compliance with approved QCP, project documentation, iso-drawings, project procedures and requirements;

Analysis of the current situation on the workfronts for piping prefabrication and erection, piping painting activities, piping erection, piping supports, valves. Preparation and monitoring of the implementation of recovery actions to increase a workfronts;

Support of inspections of Rostekhnadzor, development of measures and control of elimination of identified violations in accordance with issued improvement orders;

Final acceptance of work performed and as-built documentation developed by GCC.

Обязанности:

Following all contractors' purposes and schedules. Assistance to contractors (if needed) to finalize all works in time (help with Client's machines & cranes, consumable materials in stock on site, etc.);

The direct subordination to expats (English) on the construction site (assistance to the Project Manager and his deputy with solving of current issues raised during the construction);

Work with Russian and foreign engineering companies, contractors and suppliers (follow-up of their activities on the site, making of technical queries, requests for information, letters if needed. Conversations and negotiations with a representatives from that companies on the construction site);

Checking and quality control of earthworks, civil works, installaltion of metal structures, mechanical installation (conveyor lines, crushing equipment, gold processing plant equipment), components and materials in accordance the RFI (requests for inspection), approved inspection& testing plans and building regulations;

Monitoring of safety rules compliance on the construction site (the presence of PPI, reliability and accuracy of the scaffoldings, installation of signal bands, etc.);

Approval and confirmation of scope of works performed by contractors (checking of volumes and also quality of performed works, checking for the presence of full set of as-built documentation);

Organizing of work and control of contractors' permits (initial documentation, licenses, certifications, etc.);

Organizing the participation of specialists from other departments (QA/QC Dept., HSE Dept., Author supervision, Procurement Dept., Material Handeling Dept.) in the process of solving current problems for the successful completion of construction tasks;

Participation in daily meetings (production, HSE, etc.);

Weekly collection of data for compilation of the director's report of project progress;

Verification of the "as-built" documentation, diagrams and drawings provided by contractors. Control of filling work logs. Control of transferring documents;

Helping to the Procurement Dept. with search for analogues of foreign materials and equipment in the Russian domestic market if needed. Comparison of foreign and Russian standards (ANSI, ISO, GOST, TU);

Review and approval of design documentation to the stage "issued for construction" (civil works, mechanical installation, earthing, earthworks, etc.).

Achievements: successful work organization of 11 contractors (including foreign ones) in the entrusted construction site (ore preparation area), achievement of the planned key events within the deadlines set by the schedule. Total number of manpower on the site: up to 400 people.

Обязанности:

Managing of Production and technical department (6 persons);

Managing of Subcontracors on the site (following of their schedules, approving of performed scope of works, checking of quality, etc.);

Work with the Customer (confirmation of the performed scope of works (KS-3, KS-2, KS-6a), business correspondence, consideration and approval of modified technical solutions arising during construction, representing the interests of the organization at production meetings);

Work with design documentation (incoming inspection, identification of technical errors and unforeseen scope of works, approval of design documentation to the stage «issue for construction» and transfer of the documentation to the subcontractors);

Construction supervision on behalf of the main contractor (Incoming inspection of materials and equipment, checking of the presence of the necessary documents for construction, operational control, acceptance of hidden works, final acceptance of systems and structures (earthworks, RC-works, foundations, installation of tanks (5000/10000 cubic meters) and process pipelines, welding control);

Work with author supervision (field supervision), supervision of making necessary changes to the design documentation;

Developing of methods of statement (MOS) (civil works, steel structures, welding plans);

Verification of the "as-built" documentation provided by production staff of the technical department (acts, works journals, executive schemes);

Review and analysis of the design estimate documentation issued by the Customer, identification of errors, justification of the cost of works;

Inspection and acceptance of unfinished construction projects;

Preparation of PR (purchase requests) for the project, controlling technical characteristics of the ordered equipment and materials, controlling of delivery dates;

Organizing of work and control of contractors' permits (initial documentation, licenses, certifications, welding permits, permits in the area of data constituting a state secret), approval and final acceptance of civil/mechanical works, commissioning works performed by the subcontractors;

Scheduling of construction works on the site (network planning (Microsoft Project), daily planning);

Calculation of the budget, drawing up the passport of the object;

Claim administration for contractors and suppliers (preparation of acts of claim, conducting correspondence).

Completed projects:

— Full reconstruction of the oil storage plant «Kombinat «Gigant» of Siberian territorial administration of Rosrezerv (2014-2015, 2016-2017);

— Full reconstruction of the oil storage plant «Kombinat «Mekhanisazia» of Northwestern territorial administration of Rosrezerv (2015-2016);

— Full reconstruction of the oil storage plant «Kombinat «Oktyabrsky» of Central territorial administration of Rosrezerv (2016-2017).

Achievements: optimization of costs for the wage fund (by 15% of the originally planned by the budget) due to effective work planning. Successful commissioning & start of operation of all 3 projects implemented.

Completed projects:

— Construction of Krasnogorsk Dam on the Irtysh River (Omsk) (2013-2014);

— Construction of two cooling towers by Chelyabinsk combined steam-gas power plant cycle

(Chelyabinsk) (2013);

— Construction of three cooling towers by Nyagan combined steam-gas power plant cycle of three power units (Nyagan) (2011-2013).

Achievements: detection of previously unaccounted scope of work, revision of the project cost (Cooling towers of Nyaganskaya GRES), approval of estimated cost documentation for the customer exceeding the original cost by 350 million rubles.
