• Requirements:

• Higher (technical) education by specialty: aviation/mechanical engineering, machining.

• Working experience in a metal enterprise as a chief engineer, technical director, foreman – from 5 years.

• Good knowledge of modern equipment.

• Knowledge of standards and experience of introduction of lean production, quality management system.

• Excellent organizational and leadership qualities, effective people management skills, capacity of taking responsibility for challenging tasks, systemic thinking.

• Knowledge of programs: KOMPAS, SOLIDWORKS.

• Readiness to relocate to Russia / Volga Federal District.

Duties:

• Management and control of mechanical processing production.

• Managing and correcting production plans and schedules for sites, workshops and for the whole production in general.

• Development and implementation of production efficiency and reduction of production costs.

• Provision of technological preparation of production (equipment and software).

• Setting tasks for optimizing production cycles.

• Organization of timely preparation of production.

• Cooperation with all the departments of enterprise.

• Production reporting.

• Key staff selection, placement, monitoring, tasking.
