Master's degree from leading universities (preferred specialization: economics, finance, political science).

Experience in a similar position not less than 3 years.

Fluent oral and written English.

Ability to use different sources of information, including legal resources, corporate and media databases (SPARK Interfax, X Compliance, Factiva). Advanced PC user - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Working experience in The Big Four - as an advantage.

Execution of planned and unscheduled complex inspections, documentary audits of the production and economic activities of structural divisions.

Counterparties review - analysis of activity, verification of reliability, verification of counterparty for financial, credit, tax risks, as well as in general commercial attractiveness of potential cooperation.

Checking potential employees.

If necessary - conducting an official investigation to identify parties involved in causing material damage and economic damage to the enterprise.

Comprehensive monitoring of the internal control system, analysis of the accurate reporting, revenue structure and costs.

Implementation of anti-corruption policies of the Company, as well as other measures aimed at strengthening legal literacy of employees.

Timely reporting on the results of your activities.

Readiness for a large amount of work, performance of various duties within the framework of your competencies.
