Доп. требования к кандидату:

Working experience as HR Generalist/Manager – from 2 years.

Knowledge of English language - Upper-Intermediate level (mandatory requirement!).

Knowledge of staff assessment, testing and certification.

Knowledge of the forms and methods of staff training, development and advanced training.

Experience of participation in HR-projects.

Knowledge of Labor Code.

Experience in developing and implementing of development, adaptation and staff motivation programs.

Active life position, determination, ability to work in multitasking mode, initiative, charisma, ability to generate ideas and implement them.

Должностные обязанности:

Staff recruitment, assessment and adaptation.

Development and implementation of HR process quality management measures.

Creating a culture of high employee involvement.

Team building, celebrations, preparation and presentation of gifts.

Personal data systems support.

Monitoring the timely completion of courses by staff.

Regular communication with business and company management to create a comfortable business environment.

Условия работы:

Place of work: Center (walking distance from subway).

Work schedule: 5/2, from 09:00 - 17:30.

Remuneration: salary up to 150,000 rubles. gross + quarterly bonuses.

Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code.

Health insurance.
