Доп. требования к кандидату:

5 years + of experience as Commercial Director in large vertically integrated metallurgical or mining companies;

Proficiency of management, macro- and microeconomics, marketing, business administration;

Strong financial expertise and successful experience in generating pricing models, cost management, budget formation and management, financial analysis;

Fluent English, knowledge of Chinese is advantage;

Willing and able to relocate to Singapore;

Quick immersion into tasks, quick adaptation and integration into new processes.

Должностные обязанности:

Development and implementation of global sales strategies to promote sale and market share growth inside Indian market and in key regions - Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, EU;

Identifying development areas, developing new domestic and international markets, ensuring competitive positioning;

Expanding presence in India through contracts with major customers in the automotive, energy, mechanical engineering and infrastructure sectors, optimizing pricing, distribution and supply chains;

Expanding customer base, building and developing relationships with domestic and global key customers, concluding high-margin contracts;

Forming and managing team, developing and implementing a motivation system to increase employee engagement and efficiency;

Setting sales targets and monitoring their implementation;

Organizing and monitoring export-import operations, ensuring compliance with international norms and standards;

Optimizing logistics processes to reduce costs and improve quality;

Increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty through quality service and customized solutions;

Optimizing pricing policies and identifying opportunities to increase sales profitability, managing costs and ensuring sustainable revenue streams growth.

Условия работы:

Work location: Singapore

High level income - fixed, annual bonus. Subject to discussion.
