When payment for your services is made

How quickly can you get started

We start the search promptly after agreeing the candidate's profile and signing the Contract. If the procedure of Agreement approval in your company requires time - we can start working on a Letter of Guarantee.

How long does it take to find a candidate?

The manager for professional recruitment of specialists will arrange a meeting convenient time for you to discuss the vacancy in more detail and conclude the contract.

2) PROFESSIONAL SELECTION OF A SPECIALIST

Submission of CVs and interviews with candidates starts from the moment of signing the contract and application for personnel search. When recruiting specialists, we use our own database of resumes, mass media, social networks, Internet resources, professional knowledge of recruitment consultants, personal connections and contacts, and other methods of searching for specialists.

At any time you can receive a consultant's report on the progress of the project: what sources are used to search for personnel, how many applicants were invited for an interview at the agency, what criteria were used to reject or recommend their candidacies for consideration, etc.

3) PRESENTATION OF APPLICANTS

As a result of personnel search, selection and assessment of applicants, we present on average 5 to 10 candidates who meet your requirements to the maximum extent possible. In addition to their resumes, you also receive a consultant's opinion, recommendations from the candidates' past jobs, and, if necessary, the results of psychological and professional testing. At the Client's request, an in-depth verification of the reliability of the information provided by the candidate is carried out. Our professional recruitment manager will prepare and organize your interview with the candidates.

4) RECRUITMENT OF A CANDIDATE

The Candidate shall be considered hired from the moment he/she actually goes to work for the Client. Within five days from the moment the Candidate is hired, a bilateral act on rendered recruitment services is signed and an invoice is issued. From the same day and for 3 to 6 months, our company has warranty obligations for the hired candidate. Replacement is FREE of charge!

5) INTEGRATION OF THE CANDIDATE INTO THE COMPANY

During the entire probationary period, we provide candidate support - a set of measures that allow the new employee to integrate into the company in the shortest possible time. If necessary, we offer options that take into account the candidate's personal and professional qualities, based on the company's organizational structure and corporate culture.
